William and his feet

William is growing by leaps and bounds. He is currently in the middle of another growth spurt which means I spend my day feeding him and that's about all I get to do! Yesterday Taylor and I took William to a professional photo shoot. (Well, a semi-professional shoot at Sears.) He was such a ham! Here are some of the pictures from the shoot.

Over the past week or so he's gotten really good at sitting up. Though he's obviously not quite ready to sit up alone, he now enjoys spending short spurts in his little chair. He's so cute!!

He's also developing quite an interest in his feet. I don't have any pictures of this but when he's sitting with us, he'll spend a lot of time staring at his feet and moving his toes around! It's funny because he keeps trying to reach them but can't quite get them yet. He just started lifting both legs up at the same time so I think he'll figure out how to get his feet soon.

He's also started beginning to try to roll over. Just today when he was taking a nap he rolled himself over on his side to sleep. It's amazing to watch to him grow up and figure things out.

William also has a new little cousin (or second cousin I guess!) Brielle. We can't wait to meet her!

Update on William

Whew it's been a long time since I've posted! We've been traveling and I started school so it's been a busy couple of weeks. We also had a visit from Aunt Maggie!! William was so excited to meet her.

Early in August we all packed up and drove to Cape Cod picking up William's Uncle Morgan on the way.

We had a great time on the Cape. William loves hanging out with his Grandpa Mike and Grandma Donna.

He also got to meet his Great Grandma Helen and Uncle Pat! He kept trying to read Uncle Pat's book.

While we were at the Cape we drove into Boston to have lunch with Erin! I was so excited to see her and to introduce her to William and Taylor!

William also played with his little cousin Kaylee! She's two weeks older than William.

So many firsts this week! It was also William's first trip to the beach. He loved the wind and sand.

Morgan and Taylor and my Dad went tuna fishing and ACTUALLY CAUGHT ONE!
